no, no, conservatives will never support this idea. death is too easy an out. why should they allow those that they view as lesser to have an escape from an absolute living hell? no, they intend to make slaves out of them. step one is to criminalize being homeless. then, the homeless can easily become prisoners in horrific private prisons. conveniently, they can now legally be used as slave labor! the prison corporations don’t even have to foot the bills - taxpayers will pay enough to keep the prisoners alive (barely), so the work they force them to do is all profit, a capitalist dream. if they won’t work, no worries! it’s illegal to torture them, of course, but conveniently, the legal definitions of torture do not include being locked alone in a windowless always-lit featureless room indefinitely with only moldy nutriloaf for food that tastes like human shit, so they can just do that as an “encouragement tactic” until they decide to start toiling properly.

incidentally, and entirely unrelatedly I’m sure, they also want really bad to roll back discrimination protections for women, LGBT, and all minorities, so that anyone can be denied work or housing for “any reason”. weird. Officially? Something mundane, I’m sure. Unofficially and actually? The “labor shortage” we have (which is actually people being reasonably unwilling to work abusive body-destroying soul-crushing senselessly-cruel jobs for less than poverty-level wages) is causing economic damage that’s visible in their portfolios, and a new massive infusion of slave labor (because prisoners can legally be used as slaves) that have no legal means to resist abuse and exploitation would fix that situation right up.

Anyone who can’t keep up with the numerous corporate money vacuums in their lives (rent, rent increases, bills, bill increases, taxes, more taxes, more bill increases, grocery cost increases, more utility increases, more more more) will become homeless, and the homeless will serve as our new pool of slave labor for dirt cheap. Keep up, hustle harder, pay more, pay faster, or be put in chains and tortured in solitary confinement with moldy nutriloaf until you agree to work to death for nothing.

i 3d printed something to cover my car’s radio display. it only functions as an aux input to my phone anyway, literally the only thing it does is output audio and have a volume knob. there’s no need to have it lit up in my car interior destroying my night vision with its tacky fake VFD-style panel backlit with 2005-cool-tier blue LEDs.

history: ww2 bulletpoints, same as last year. write a paper about how bad the nazis were but how complex the situation was, actually, so don’t be so judgemental.
lit: baseball?? books and writing exercises about baseball.
math: algebra 1 over and over. I once got sent to the office for a disciplinary discussion for asking if we’ll ever hit algebra 2.
PE: no, none whatsoever.
art: watch whatever movies, free form ungraded discussion aka nobody does shit.
science: watch vaguely sciencey documentaries and write a paper about an animal’s behavior and habits.
electives: none, a myth we heard whispers of amongst older friend siblings.

i left right before my senior year and started working. I’ve never been sure if that was the right call or not but my friends that graduated are borderline illiterate to this day and completely math averse for sure. so I don’t think another year of ww2 baseball algebra would have helped me much more.

not sure why you’re getting downvoted for this, I had the same experience with my education in the US. high school class of 08, lol. the school never taught a math class past algebra 1. if you finished it, you still needed math credits per year, so they’d just have you retake the same class. seriously. absolutely abysmal. 95% of the math I do now is self taught. from my “education” alone, we never got much past solving basic linear single-variable equations. most of my class graduated barely literate. really, most of my class simply left, myself included - the dropout rate was astonishingly high around 08, and instead of doing the same classes and curriculum for the third time in my senior year, I opted to simply leave, educate myself, and shortly thereafter start my business.

i doubt it too, because there is a constant fundamental disconnect between what conservatism purports to be and what it actually practices. I doubt it’s possible for you to explicate it either in a way that isn’t immediately contradicted with the actions taken by your leaders and community, too. the closest thing to a stable ideology conservatism has had in the past 20 years is “liberals are the enemy: do the opposite of whatever they say, even if we were telling you to do it 10 minutes ago”.
