Funnily the Persona series deals topic that is closer to our day to day live (i.e Persona 3, Persona 4) compared to mainline/other megaten spin off series.
In Persona 2 you have to battle against Nyarlathotep disguised as Fuhrer.
If someone wondering how big is the Megami Tensei universe (the series as a whole), this picture below probably the closest I can get. There are other pictures too but I guess this one is the one that have connection between the games.
Imo what I like from this series (especially on the main line series) compared to the other JRPG games is that the mythology portrayal, the mature themes and the battle of “Law vs Chaos” is that great and doesn’t shy away from source material. I couldn’t explained it myself but it is just something different than your average JRPG.
Literally in one of the mainline game, you have to battle YHVH
Oh and Megami Tensei almost always has banger OST if you all never played them.

Especially when they have luxury of lubed switches, foam, dampeners/stabilizers, custom case material (that keeb def. Custom one).
As long as the bare necessities is available e.g 14" with HDMI, 2 Type C with PD and DP Alt, MicroSD/SD card reader, smart card reader(?), 2 USB A 3.1, 1x 3.5mm jack, 1x ethernet port, kensington and easy maintenance, for me it’s enough. VGA connectors (dang those older projectors) can be handled with VGA to HDMI adapter.
My daily device is T14 G1 AMD with dualbooting separate SSD (M.2 WWAN slot used as SSD).
