Reminds me of this

I just want to remind everyone that pelicans expose their spine through the skin in their mouth to cool down.

Y’all, I just went on a mini deep-dive learning about pelicans, and TIL that when they yawn their spine comes out of their mouth. Also they do this to cool themeselves too. Videos were pretty nuts. Still pictures were just confusing.

Hah, actually know someone who was terrified of pelicans because one tried to eat her as a toddler. 🤣

I feel like a pelican wrote this. Which good on them, it must be hard to type with those bird feet.
