Reddit mods can’t see who reported things, only that something was reported. I used to be the head mod for a 1M+ sub. The admins can see that though, and mods can forward reports to the admins for review.

They’ve certainly plateaued, that’s for sure. I still have an original Pixel XL, and a Nexus 6P. Aside from the screen size and overall battery life, not a whole lot has changed.
The inability to legally pass is implied
TBF, having to wait a bit isn’t the end of the world. That said, it shouldn’t be locked down at all.

That already happened with CyanogenMod, which LineageOS is forked from. It was a massive clusterfuck, and is the reason LineageOS exists today.
Same here. I like the idea of eSIMs, but there’s too much ambiguity around it right now.
You got IP banned, damn.
Doesn’t really work though.

Social media should never be corporate, ever. Fuck reddit, fuck Meta, fuck LinkedIn, and all the rest.
Except Tom from Myspace, he’s cool.
I got permabanned a couple weeks ago for saying “the only good Nazi is a dead Nazi”
Like, why are you defending Nazis, spez? Huh?
It solidified Lemmy as my permanent reddit replacement. No ragrets.
I cut up the cardboard and use it for various things around the house, like putting it under the car when I do an oil change, or as liners for the wire rack shelving in my cold storage.
The restaurant that forces you to use their app doesn’t exist
Here is one such restaurant (have to use their website via QR code, but same idea) near where I live: https://maps.app.goo.gl/6LhBMo5duVzSB9HE9
That said, it’s clearly not the only restaurant in town, and nobody is forcing a gun to your head to eat there.
Valid point
I can smell the burning plastic from here
450-word limit! Booooo
This shit is why I buy carrier agnostic, bootloader-unlockable phones with a healthy ROM dev scene. Rocking a Pixel 9 Pro XL, currently on stock ROM (rooted of course), but will be moving to Calyx or Graphene at some point.
Hell yeah! I already ordered a couple, but thank you!
In windows’ defense, the “complication” comes from the fact that there is no constant visual display of the filesystem structure in a terminal window like there is in the Windows registry.
That said, taking an hour to become comfortable with the terminal is not a difficult task. Understanding ~
, and constantly using df -h
and ls -al
(for me anyway) will help a lot of people figure it out.
It was the perfect phone, if it wasn’t for that goddamn Snapdragon 810…
