I kinda want discord to get shitter. It might eventually get to a point it pushes more people to using IRC instead.

I use 4G for my home internet, my IP address changes so frequently. Always thought IP bans were kinda dumb, certainly permanent ones. Maybe throw a week long one on so they don’t immediately create a new account but past that their address has almost certainly changed.

I got banned but their site is so shit the links to the message you got banned for never work. Been banned/warned enough times it’s not a one off either.

Is it some puritanical thing where some people utterly hate anything even vaguely related to gambling? The energy use to use the models is usually pretty low, its training that uses more. So once its made it doesn’t really make any sense to stop using it. I can run several Deepseek models on my own PC and even on CPU instead of GPU it outputs faster than you can read.
