President Joe Biden’s dismal showing at the CNN presidential debate against former President Donald Trump resonated around the world, with foreign diplomats expressing shock and concern while raising questions about the implications for a consequential US election that could upend the foreign policy status-quo should Trump be reelected.
It’s because Trump’s performance was exactly the same as prior years. He was a lying piece of shit then, he is a lying piece of shit now. Biden has run for President for 30+ years, and is visibly diminished vs even 4 years ago.
Yeah. And Biden looked weak, which is like the killer flaw in all of American politics from which there is no recovery. From Reagan to Clinton to Trump, the US electorate has been full throatedly behind “you can take away all my rights and ruin my economy and collaborate with my enemies all you want, as long as you look charming while you do it bby” like a domestic abusee who doesn’t want to call the cops. But they will never forgive a politician for looking like a chump (in a way that they readily will for committing random felonies or attempted murders or massive corruption or treason.)
Trump looked pretty weak to me tbh. Can’t even own a gun.
But he did one thing that no other debate contender ever has done. While his mouth was agape staring vacantly off into space, he actually pooped his pants right there on stage.
