Yeah, but we’re talking about an underfloor cooling system here. They don’t really have a way to distribute the cold air like air-conditioning systems do. So in the Olympic village’s case, a fan should be needed.

If the AC was set to 26 °C, you’re expecting the temp to be below 24 °C? What are you even talking about?
Why would having fans means it doesn’t work? I use fans along with AC to make the cold air distribution faster, doesn’t mean my AC is not working.
As in, trolling people to believe these things actually happen, I think.
Doesn’t lemmy.ml always complain about their comments being deleted by lemmy.world? Sounds like most people care about this issue.

A suggestion of a benefit to open-carrying does not equal endorsement, nor does it mean opposing the view that open-carrying can be dangerous. Try to be more open-minded.
If we all didn’t recommend Chrome, we would still be using IE now, probably.
Hard to argue with them not wanting to support a browser that only makes up 3.3% of browsers used worldwide. Actually, it’s probably not even their decision, but the decision of some higher ups that want to save development or software cost.
You might try convincing them by polling how many people in your company wants to use Firefox, though. There could be a significant enough proportion of you guys that do.
Good old Lemmy, where providing a different perspective gets you downvoted to hell simply because it’s not the popular view. I’d even say we are much worse than Reddit when it comes to this, which is ironic.
Why not vote for him, then protest for his removal after Trump is imprisoned?
This sounds like you were going to segue to today’s sponsor, Ground News.
